There was notes on all of it saying 'courtesy of the Ocean Player's Club.' The next night at dinner a lady came up and gave me a certificate for a free photo from the photo gallery. It had lots of fruit, wine, dried fruit pkgs, cheese and crackers and almonds in it.
The next night when we came back to the room, there was a big fruit 'goody' basket sitting on the bed. She took the letter and said she would contact them to find out. I went to the room to get it and showed it to her.
Thank goodness I printed out the email they had sent me. She looked and said it didn't have us listed for a gift. After two days I finally ask the casino hostess. We got to the room and there was nothing.
It also said for contacting them they were going to have a gift waiting for us when we got to our stateroom at embarkation. A couple days later I got an email back from them saying, they have a new program going on where if you earn 1500 points while on the cruise your drinks will be free for the rest of the cruise while playing in the casino. A couple weeks before our cruise this past September, I emailed the Ocean Player's Club asking how to get comps.
